Salary: $87,375–$128,150 base salary per year, plus potential annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

  • Execute strategic inventory and operations priorities and identify immediate improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics, production, quality, engineering, and manufacturing activities to maintain inventory and meet customer service targets.
  • Manage supply and demand activities for multiple components, including customer allocations, priorities, inventory aging, excess inventory, cost, and supply continuity.
  • Use ERP data, preferably SAP, to influence operational decisions and formulate recommendations from business pattern analysis.
  • Design Python data-processing automations, develop SQL reporting queries, troubleshoot database issues, and maintain BI dashboards.
  • Identify cross-functional problems, propose solutions, and present complex information to senior leadership to achieve alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a quantitative field with 5 years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced PC skills and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, planning, organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and presentation.
  • Ability to work across organizations, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate complex information to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
