Sr Analyst, Supply Assurance (Supply Chain Analytics)

What you will do

• Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to support account teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Perform root cause analyses of service issues, excess inventory, spoilage risks, and other operational challenges.
• Execute promotional, new-item, distribution, and inventory disposition events in the Advanced Order Management system.
• Manage store-level ship order allocations, shipment validation, event trackers, and reporting.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and translate complex findings into clear narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer, supplier, supply chain, customer care, and category management activities, including item submissions, discontinued-item requests, cost changes, and support tickets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an insights or data analysis role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with AS400 systems and Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage high volumes of work, and work flexible hours including some weekends when needed.
