Senior Analyst, Customer Collaboration, US Health Systems (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; customer-facing role with possible on-site Lean assessments at customer locations.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and deliver customer supply chain solutions for healthcare systems.
• Analyze Order to Cash, transportation, finance, distribution, e-commerce, and cost-to-serve data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Diagnose and prioritize solutions with customers in alignment with joint business plan objectives.
• Lead or participate in Lean assessments and support Consolidated Service Center implementation, operational efficiency, and network analytics.
• Collaborate with customer supply chain, finance, credit, contracts, IT, distribution, e-commerce, and transportation stakeholders.
• Create and maintain customer scorecards, dashboards, specialized reports, and queries for management decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant supply chain or customer-facing experience and 5+ years of overall business experience.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization and on cross-functional teams.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP and experience translating data insights into action.
• Proficient written and spoken English; role based in Raritan, New Jersey.

• Alteryx Flows and Salesforce.com knowledge.
• Lean or process excellence knowledge.
• Project management experience and prior commercial, sales, or customer-facing experience.
