Senior Demand Supply Analyst - Customer Operations

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $66,375–$82,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage demand and supply activities for multiple components while monitoring inventory, cost, and overall business performance.
• Use SAP and other systems, spreadsheets, models, and visualizations to analyze data and influence decisions.
• Coordinate with procurement managers to improve supply continuity and resolve supply challenges.
• Analyze business patterns and changes to develop recommendations and support customer allocations and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify problems, assess implications, and develop solutions.
• Plan and track inventory to mitigate aging, risk, and excess.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Data Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting, procurement, material management, and business operations.
• Strong spreadsheet, modeling, data visualization, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environment and maintain detail-oriented, high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Strong bilingual Mandarin skills.
• Experience with SAP.
