Sr Analyst, Customer Supply Chain (Power BI)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own ORDD, CFR, forecast accuracy, forecast value add, forecast bias, and broader customer service KPI tracking.
• Develop and maintain service scorecards that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Create and enhance Away From Home Power BI dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
• Govern customer fines, fees, deductions, disputes, corrective action plans, and resolution workflows.
• Build and scale Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) for an Away From Home customer.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects to reduce supply loss, stockouts, and service disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, focused on service management, analytics, CPFR, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, plus experience with data analysis and visualization tools including Power BI.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with foodservice distribution companies and familiarity with food industry trends and challenges.
• APICS, CPFR, or related certification.
