Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

Location: Folsom, California, USA; full-time onsite retail role with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, public holidays, and other high-traffic retail days.

Base pay: $70,000–$114,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead store performance across sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
• Execute business plans while responding to customer needs and local market trends.
• Build a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and service excellence.
• Recruit, hirify.global, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, payroll, loss prevention, staffing, and scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards while representing hirify.global in the community.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong people-leadership, communication, interpersonal, business, and operational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences aligned with hirify.global’s heritage and values.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems for labor management, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition, with curiosity about digital engagement and social media.
• Strong English language proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
