Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

Location: West Hartford, Connecticut, USA (Westfarms - Coach); onsite retail position with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days.

Base pay: $62,000–$94,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead store sales, profitability, productivity, and execution of strategic business plans.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences through clienteling, service excellence, and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, payroll, loss prevention, staffing, and scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Coach brand standards.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and the local community while representing the Coach brand.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is a plus.
• Experience leading people, building motivated teams, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, and operational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with labor management, inventory, and sales reporting systems.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition, with curiosity about digital engagement and social media.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work onsite in West Hartford, USA.
