Store Manager – Melrose

Location: West Hollywood, United States; onsite at the hirify.global retail store

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD base pay per year, excluding bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the store team and drive sales goals, brand standards, operational excellence, and financial targets.
• Manage the store balanced scorecard across people, operations, finance, and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through active presence on the shop floor.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, safety standards, policies, loss prevention, and operational best practices.
• Manage payroll, sales trends, product selection, P&L, and retail KPIs against budget and forecast.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support the career development of Sales Associates with the Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10 or more.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, multitasking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiasm for sports, outdoor activities, and fashion; ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
