Sawgrass Store Manager

Location: Sunrise, Florida, USA — Sawgrass Mills, Coach store

Base pay range: $70,000–$114,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead store sales, profitability, productivity, and execution of strategic business plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized clienteling and service excellence.
• Coach, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain a diverse, high-performing retail team.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, payroll, loss prevention, staffing, and scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to Coach brand standards.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and the local community while representing the Coach brand.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Passion for leading people and building motivated teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and focus on customer experience and operational results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with labor management, inventory, and sales reporting systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and other high-traffic retail days. Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
