Location: Tinton Falls, New Jersey, USA; onsite at the Jersey Shore Coffee Shop

Base pay: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing, cleaning, light maintenance, and supply availability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while building an effective, customer-focused team.
• Monitor sales, manage budgets and expenses, track cash flow, and maintain operational records.
• Maintain coffee and food quality, recipe adherence, food sanitation, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues while using feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Prepare performance reports covering sales, inventory, payroll, and other key metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail or food and beverage management.
• Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, public holidays, and high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform climbing, bending, kneeling, and stockroom activities.
