SVP, Head of FP&A (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid/onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead long-range financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and continuous process improvement.
• Build and develop FP&A and finance business partner functions, including hiring, mentoring, and capability development.
• Provide strategic decision support to the CFO, C-suite, CEO, and board on profitability, cash flow, investments, capital efficiency, and M&A.
• Establish management reporting, KPI monitoring, performance reviews, and early identification of risks and opportunities.
• Develop predictive analytics capabilities using AI/ML for forecasting, profitability improvement, cost analytics, and scenario planning.
• Manage the FP&A technology roadmap, vendor relationships, decision dashboards, simulators, and scenario modeling tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, or Business concentration with quantitative experience preferred.
• 10+ years of finance or FP&A experience, including team leadership and management.
• Experience with strategic planning, profitability improvement, capital planning, investment evaluation, financial feasibility studies, and M&A support.
• Experience implementing forecasting models with scenario planning, predictive analytics, automation, and data-driven insights.
• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, advanced financial planning software, and AI/ML-enabled finance technologies.
• Executive-level communication skills and experience presenting to senior management, C-suite executives, and board members.

Nice to have

• CFA certification or a relevant Finance, Economics, or Business concentration.
• Experience with lean or agile process improvement and digital project management frameworks.
• Global exposure and experience integrating FP&A analytics with other internal analytics groups.
