Salary: $116,900–$149,000, with potential eligibility for additional compensation, including stock options, bonuses, merit increases, or sales commissions.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close support for the Marketing organization.
• Advise Marketing and go-to-market leaders on resource allocation and the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Develop financial models covering marketing spend, headcount, investments, project ROI, and pipeline performance.
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, quarterly business reviews, and leadership discussions.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and broader FP&A teams to align metrics, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Use AI tools to automate reconciliations and FP&A workflows, reducing manual work and improving analytical capacity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Significant business-partnering experience, preferably supporting Marketing leadership in a software or cloud business.
• Strong skills in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and connecting marketing metrics to business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial results into clear recommendations.
• Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Proficiency using AI tools to automate FP&A workflows; experience with FP&A or marketing planning tools is a plus.
