Sr. FP&A Manager, Systems & Analytics

Salary: USD 148,300–190,785 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead the Finance workstream for the Anaplan implementation, including requirements, process design, testing, validation, training, and adoption.
• Own the post-go-live Anaplan roadmap across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, reporting, workflows, and user experience.
• Translate FP&A and business needs into scalable planning models, reporting outputs, workflows, and process improvements.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Technology, Data & Analytics, implementation consultants, and business leaders on financial systems and transformation initiatives.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics for business decision-making.
• Establish governance for model management, data integrity, access and security, change management, documentation, training, and platform support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, financial systems, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or leading an EPM implementation and understanding budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, BI, data visualization, or analytics tools.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, testing, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Anaplan model-building, administration, or solution design experience.
• Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products, omnichannel, or other high-growth environments.
• Experience with MicroStrategy.
