What you will do

• Source and present qualified candidates for professional business and technology roles using web-based research tools and specialized job boards.
• Identify passive candidates and diverse talent pools through creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify companies hiring for targeted roles.
• Prepare candidate and client profiles with contact and organizational information for sales outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting, sales, and practice teams to analyze sourcing metrics and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, staffing, consulting, or business services.
• Experience using web-based research tools and applicant tracking systems for candidate and client data management.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bullhorn, Crunchbase, or comparable platforms.
• Strong English communication, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company office or work site in Saint Louis, Missouri.
