Sourcer (3 Month Term)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Research, identify, engage, and screen passive candidates using Boolean search, professional networks, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach messages that convert passive prospects into active candidates.
• Partner with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles and hand off qualified leads.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for ad hoc roles.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation and data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a record of building qualified pipelines.
• Experience sourcing for competitive roles, ideally in engineering.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to ambiguity.
• Expertise with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong organization, resourcefulness, independence, and remote collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with cross-functional leaders.
