Technical Sourcer (USDS)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering and technical roles with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, niche platforms, academic conferences, and job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate fit, technical skills, and interest.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing tools.
• Provide talent maps, competitor analysis, and other market intelligence to support recruiting decisions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to support 15 or more requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other professional sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Availability for on-site work in San Jose up to 5 days per week.
