GTM Sourcer

Location: Hybrid near the New York City or San Francisco offices; in-person work is expected on Tuesdays and Thursdays plus one additional flexible day each week. Candidates must be based near these offices or be open to relocating.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Source talent across the go-to-market organization, initially focusing on post-sales roles.
• Identify where exceptional talent is located and develop creative ways to reach candidates.
• Build market maps and explore new companies, backgrounds, and talent pools.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define strong candidate profiles.
• Write thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage prospective candidates.
• Use data and experimentation to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a startup environment.
• Experience sourcing GTM, post-sales, accounting, or finance talent is beneficial.
• Comfort using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and interest in developing sourcing skills.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to make outreach personal.
• Curious, resourceful, organized, coachable, and comfortable moving quickly.
• Must be based near the New York City or San Francisco offices or be open to relocating; hybrid attendance is required.
