Warehouse Manager, Off-Shift (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite at the Swiftwater, Pennsylvania facility; 2nd and/or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday on-call oversight. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $81,375.00–$117,541.66 per year

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, put-away, storage, material movement, order fulfilment, and shipment coordination.
• Supervise approximately eight warehouse team members across the 2nd and 3rd shifts, including onboarding, training, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, hirify.global Global Operating Procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Process inbound receipts and warehouse transactions in SAP S/4HANA, resolve shipping and packing discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate material transfers with site customers, Material Planning, vendors, and external 3PL storage providers.
• Oversee material disposal, hazardous-waste documentation, regulated-material handling, inspections, reporting, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or a related field plus 1+ year of relevant experience and supervisory, senior-operator, or management experience; or a high school diploma/GED plus 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of supervisory, senior-operator, or management experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical-device, or food-and-beverage manufacturing.
• Strong warehouse and logistics operations experience with a track record of managing daily shop-floor activities.
• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System and/or ERP, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work the required off-shift schedule and 100% onsite at the Swiftwater, PA facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required medical screening, training, certifications, and material-handling-equipment qualifications.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• APICS certification.
