Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd shift

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storage, receiving, and shipping.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and account for materials and supplies.
• Lead second-shift employees by assigning work, monitoring performance, reviewing accuracy, and providing technical guidance.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Review operating procedures, space utilization, equipment protection, paperwork accuracy, and overtime spending.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and assist the warehouse manager with workplace safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to oversee inventory, receiving, storage, shipping, reporting, and routine documentation.
• Ability to support a safe work environment and provide input on hiring, termination, and performance reviews.

• Associate’s degree.
