Supervisor, Warehouse & Materials (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States; onsite day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, storage, staging, material issuance, shipping, and daily warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and materials personnel.
• Use SAP to manage inventory transactions, material movement, adjustments, and physical counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, deviations, and supply chain issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain cGMP, SOP, safety, PPE, gowning, and audit-readiness standards.
• Lead continuous improvement, KPI tracking, cost control, and cross-functional initiatives with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading others in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Leadership experience in a management or supervisory position.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, work at heights up to 20 ft, operate vehicles and moving machinery, and wear PPE.
• Work authorization sponsorship, including visa support, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Considerable leadership, project management, and supply chain leadership experience.
