Supervisor, Warehouse - 2nd Shift (Supply Chain)

Location: Alsip, Illinois, United States. Primarily onsite in a production and warehouse setting, working 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, extended hours, schedule adjustments, and travel.

Salary: $57,064–$71,330 annually. The role also includes an annual incentive plan and a full benefits package.

What you will do

• Manage receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations against safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, and profitability objectives.
• Direct shipping and receiving orders, including truck loading, material inspections, and reconciliation of shipping notices and bills of materials.
• Manage dock traffic and ensure logistics suppliers follow applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventories of work-in-process products, finished goods, shipping materials, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate cycle counts, physical inventory processes, staffing, and on-time delivery requirements.
• Lead performance management, training, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material movement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and transactions involving raw materials or product components.
• Ability to work primarily in a production or warehouse environment with frequent walking and standing and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
