Lead Specialist, Financial Analysis - Enterprise Technology

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; hybrid schedule with three days in the office per week at a hub location. U.S. work authorization is required, and immigration-related sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior Enterprise Technology leaders across two technology development teams.
• Support actual financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning processes.
• Lead financial analysis, data validation, reporting, and insight generation for complex assignments and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology leaders on cost control and lead the identification, execution, and tracking of efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate complex financial information to strategic and operational audiences across Enterprise Technology and Finance.
• Partner with financial analysts supporting infrastructure technology teams and build relationships with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of financial analysis experience, including experience in insurance, financial services, or investment management.
• Expert knowledge of accounting and finance, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate strategic business, market, and legislative issues and present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and financial business systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or employer-of-record immigration support.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or an advanced degree.
• Knowledge of financial services technology support and GAAP principles.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI, or Apptio.
