Finance Specialist - Finance Business Partnership

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices.

Salary: $110,000–$117,750 per year, plus potential bonus incentives and other benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with senior business leaders on account, practice, or portfolio-level financial decisions.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs related to revenue, margin, investments, and resource allocation.
• Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial evaluations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and performance-versus-plan reviews.
• Prepare management reporting, including P&L analysis, margin drivers, and investment tracking.
• Mentor junior Finance Business Partners and analysts while improving finance tools, processes, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial acumen in P&L management, forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial modeling.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, plus strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
