Senior Financial Analyst - Enterprise Financial Planning

Location: Chicago, IL, with a hybrid working model between the office and home. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD annual base pay, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support enterprise profit plans, strategic financial plans, forecasts, and scenario development.
• Manage enterprise assumptions, sensitivities, scenario drivers, and planning inputs.
• Coordinate CCAR and regulatory forecasting activities, including timelines, documentation, controls, and governance.
• Lead and maintain enterprise planning models in Anaplan, including enhancements, testing, and data validation.
• Partner with reporting, strategy, data, control, Finance IT, and executive management teams across planning cycles.
• Identify process risks and improvement opportunities while supporting ad hoc analysis and executive requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, strategic planning, or a related finance role.
• Experience with enterprise planning, forecasting, or regulatory processes.
• Familiarity with planning systems; Anaplan experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar analytics experience is a plus.
