Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A (Fintech)

Location: Edgewood, NY, United States; hybrid work with in-office attendance at least 1–2 times per week

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience.

hirify.global provides financial technology and business solutions, with this role supporting the Regulatory Fund Solutions management team.

What you will do

• Deliver monthly actuals, forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year strategic plans with variance analysis.
• Partner with Financial Accounting on month-end close and accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Build financial scenarios, analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
• Track product revenue, volume and price trends, sales pipelines, client contracts, contract end dates, concessions, and expenses.
• Maintain sales-to-revenue and waterfall reporting, including client-level revenue matching and potential revaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the FP&A function and participate in Finance projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or related Finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including V/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
• Experience with IBM Cognos, Anaplan, or other ERP systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, diligence, and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work both in the office and virtually with colleagues across multiple locations.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Power BI experience.
