Liquid Cooling Data Center Technical Marketing Specialist (Taiwan)

Location: Remote in Taiwan, based in Taipei; regional and international travel required 30%–50% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and customer support alongside the regional Business Development Manager.
• Work with OEMs, system integrators, laboratories, and other ecosystem partners to enable system integration and adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored liquid cooling solutions and system specifications.
• Lead application development, field trials, and validation of liquid cooling technologies.
• Analyze performance data, provide technical recommendations, and develop technical content such as case studies and white papers.
• Contribute to market intelligence, competitive positioning, product development, and technology roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, HVAC, thermal management, technical service, application engineering, or technical marketing.
• Strong understanding of data center cooling architectures, including air, liquid, immersion, and direct-to-chip cooling.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system integration.
• Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and in customer-facing environments while translating technical details into business value.
• Ability to travel across and outside the region 30%–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-phase cooling systems, direct-to-chip cooling, or immersion cooling.
• Familiarity with hyperscalers and the OEM ecosystem.
• Experience in high-growth or emerging technology markets.
• Participation in industry organizations such as OCP or ASHRAE.
