Resource Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry - Full Time, Nights

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time night shift, 36 hours per week, working onsite in a 31-bed adult telemetry unit.

What you will do

• Oversee the designated unit’s operational flow and coordinate patient care activities during the assigned shift.
• Develop staff patient assignments based on competency, patient acuity, and care volume.
• Set shift expectations and establish priority-based nursing care goals.
• Delegate care activities and provide guidance, assistance, and role-model leadership to the patient care team.
• Engage patients and families while integrating patient values, best practices, and evidence into care delivery.
• Maintain unit compliance with organizational, professional, regulatory, and practice standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an ASN or BSN.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of New Hampshire.
• At least two years of progressive clinical experience in acute care, cardiac telemetry, or a related specialty area.
• Ability to function within the scope of practice and communicate effectively with the care team.
