Registered Nurse, RN - Acute Care Resource RN, Per Diem (Acute Care)

Salary: $44.17–$56.32 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care and direct patient care as needed in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs.
• Coordinate clinical activities and patient care across the hospital.
• Act as a team leader and clinical resource for nursing staff.
• Support staff development, education programs, and transition of new nurses into the unit.
• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• At least 3 years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Strong communication, time management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking and maneuver patients safely.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification.
