Salary: $134,525.66–$171,524.44 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for designated cardiovascular care units.
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate services to optimize patient care.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding and discipline processes.
• Maintain competency-based nursing practice and participate in interdisciplinary rounds, discharge planning, committees, and research.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets while improving efficiency and controlling costs.
• Implement policies, procedures, and quality-improvement processes for nursing operations.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• At least five years of RN experience, including at least one year as a charge or lead RN.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Strong clinical, theoretical, communication, judgment, and nursing-process skills.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
