Focus on developing a three-year improvement strategy, coordinating project milestones, integrating dashboards and digital tools, and coaching teams through continuous improvement programs.

Location: Parkersburg, West Virginia, United States — Washington Works Plant

Salary: $97,843–$152,880 annually, plus an 8% annual bonus target

What you will do

  • Use hirify.global Business System tools to strengthen Lean culture, leader standard work, KPI management, and 5S practices.
  • Build and execute a three-year continuous improvement strategy based on area profitability, opportunities, resources, and competitiveness targets.
  • Coordinate with capital project and prioritization stakeholders to support funding and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Integrate process improvements with data analytics, dashboards, agile ways of working, and manufacturing digitalization.
  • Lead ideation sessions, stand-up meetings, initiative monitoring, milestone reporting, and execution coaching for project teams.
  • Mentor area personnel and provide consultation on KPI metrics and datasets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership in process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract and summarize key information from complex sources.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience integrating data analytics, dashboarding, and digitalization into manufacturing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
