Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; the role supports manufacturing sites in Chaska and Bloomington. hirify.global does not provide immigration-related sponsorship, and candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $127,000–$169,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy a Continuous Improvement roadmap across two manufacturing sites.
• Lead complex cross-functional improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and cost.
• Supervise, train, coach, and direct a regional team of CI engineers, co-ops, and interns.
• Lead Lean workshops, Six Sigma Green Belt training, Kaizen events, and the plant CI Council.
• Drive adoption of OEE, SPC, and other digital process-performance measurement systems.
• Investigate deviations, implement countermeasures, standardize improved processes, and ensure project sustainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations, including 5+ years in Continuous Improvement program management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience; preferred qualifications include 5+ years.
• Certification or demonstrated experience in Lean methodologies, Statistical Process Control, and/or Six Sigma Black Belt practices.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, managing projects, leading cultural change, and directing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, coaching, influencing, and Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical, gas, semiconductor, automotive, medical, or high-end chemical industries.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14000 and ISO 45001 environments.
• Experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, or Industrial Engineer.
