Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across departments and business functions.
• Manage improvement projects from planning through delivery, tracking timelines, budgets, outcomes, and savings.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other data-driven methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Train and coach employees and leaders, and facilitate workshops and Kaizen events.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and present results to senior leadership.
• Lead change initiatives and support the adoption of improved processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field, plus Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related area; experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Must qualify as a US Person, including a US citizen, US national, lawful permanent resident, or another eligible immigration status.
