Lead, Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma)

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on overall skills.

What you will do

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects across the Aurora Pads and Aurora Slurries sites and associated supply chain.
• Identify and prioritize losses in yield, output, delivery, labor, and scrap, then deliver and sustain measurable improvements.
• Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen strategies to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize yield.
• Assess current processes, establish improvement roadmaps, and integrate Lean improvements with digital technologies in collaboration with IT, operations, and business units.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops, training, and programs covering skill-gap resolution, 5S, Tier Daily Management, Production Elements, and Productivity AOP.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma programs across a large-scale, diverse manufacturing footprint.
• Experience promoting a lean-before-digitize approach across the supply chain with a global team.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on leadership experience with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
• Willingness to travel less than 10%.
