Salary: $143,100–$235,200 annual

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Store Operations and HR.
• Partner with Store Operations and cross-functional leadership on financial guidance and strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
• Optimize financial models, reporting tools, dashboards, and FP&A processes.
• Lead analyses covering store initiatives, capital investments, operating expenses, and productivity improvements.
• Oversee monthly financial reports and KPI presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or a similar area preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of retail profitability drivers, merchandising metrics, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
