FP&A Business Partner (Finance)

Location: United States; candidates residing in Hawaii are not currently considered. The role is remote-friendly, with colleagues working remotely part or full-time, and requires approximately 10% business travel.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 USD annually, consisting of base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and communicate financial plans and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, business reviews, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Advise business units on initiatives, projects, business cases, and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, profitability improvement, and process optimization.
• Improve FP&A processes, financial modeling, reporting accuracy, and planning activities while collaborating with Sales, Operations, IT, and Accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a business partner, commercial finance, or advisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, BI tools, and financial planning platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver accurate, high-quality results.
