FP&A Manager (Finance)

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States; four days onsite at the corporate headquarters. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $114,907–$125,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner for commercial and marketing functions.
• Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and long-range planning, including SG&A, headcount, revenue, expense, and key metric forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build financial models and analytical tools to support business planning and performance management.
• Evaluate investments, growth strategies, and funding requirements through scenario analysis and business cases.
• Present financial performance and strategic insights to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a related field, with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience building complex financial models.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in North Bethesda, Maryland; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Hospitality industry experience or familiarity with franchise business models.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Smart View, Tableau, or SQL.
• Relevant finance, accounting, analytics, or business certifications.
