Director, Finance - Enterprise Capital Planning (Technology)

Location: Atlanta Support Center; onsite 5 days per week

What you will do

• Lead enterprise capital planning, governance, and portfolio framing across Shared Services, Technology, and hirify.global Company Restaurants investments.
• Own the Capital Committee operating cadence, including agendas, submission standards, portfolio sequencing, pre-reads, and escalation of unresolved issues.
• Develop and improve business case frameworks, investment return methodologies, sensitivity analysis, and value realization standards.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Brand, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate FP&A, and other stakeholders to evaluate investment trade-offs and maintain accurate project tracking.
• Oversee accruals, forecasts, variance analysis, operating expense impacts, capital deployment reporting, and benefits realization tracking.
• Prepare executive- and Board-level materials and lead a five-person enterprise capital planning organization, including a Senior Manager, Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, capital planning, strategic finance, investment analysis, project finance, or comparable corporate finance functions.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience managing professionals in a matrixed organization.
• Deep knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI, payback, break-even, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong executive communication, financial judgment, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case management skills.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion/ePBCS, Power BI, or similar enterprise financial and planning systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Strategy, and/or CPA, CFA, or similar certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital, data, shared services, or multi-brand restaurant capital portfolios.
• Experience with executive governance, capital committees, enterprise data structures, financial master data, and financial systems improvement.
