Associate, Infrastructure and Real Assets

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval

What you will do

• Evaluate secondary partnership and direct investment opportunities through detailed company, industry, competitor, general partner, and management research.
• Prepare financial models for companies, funds, and transactions.
• Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, return analysis, and qualitative and quantitative assessments of managers, capital structures, and industries.
• Author investment committee materials and contribute to deal-team discussions and decision-making.
• Monitor existing transactions through general partner update calls, quarterly reporting, and industry research.
• Coordinate the investment closing process and handle other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, manager research, investment consulting, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of relevant infrastructure subsectors, including transportation, communications, power, renewable energy, and natural resources.
• Strong analytical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and attention to detail.
• Strong professional experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work with limited direct supervision.
