About the Role

You will originate and execute live investment banking transactions through financial modeling company valuation research strategic analysis due diligence and client presentation preparation. You will manage day-to-day deal activities identify buyers and investors and provide leadership mentorship and training to analysts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience in M&A sell-side advisory
• U.K. work authorization
• Minimum 2:1 degree classification
• Capability to lead and manage projects
• Organizational execution and time management skills
• Relationship management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Quantitative and technical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyze transactions
• Value companies and conduct corporate and industry research
• Perform strategic analysis and due diligence
• Prepare client presentation materials
• Identify corporate and financial sponsor buyers and investors
• Oversee and execute day-to-day deal activities
• Manage train and mentor analysts
• Develop business opportunities
