Senior Associate, Capital Markets (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead new financing transactions, including upsized and standalone facilities.
• Lead capital markets refinancing of contracts after commercial operation date.
• Implement hedging strategies and manage tax equity and investment tax credit transfer processes.
• Analyze new contracts and coordinate with legal counsel and lenders to ensure compatibility with financing documentation.
• Support partnership expansion, co-investment processes, waivers, amendments, and debt lender sourcing.
• Manage master service agreement and lender financial models, deal execution, and lender and investor relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience primarily in investment banking, debt advisory, capital markets, private credit, direct lending, or a similar role.
• Direct experience originating, structuring, and executing debt transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Experience leading a US energy finance transaction involving tax equity structures.
• Significant transactional experience, including familiarity with debt documentation and funding.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management, lenders, legal counsel, investors, and other stakeholders under pressure.
