What you will do
- Support senior asset managers with portfolio and asset management activities.
- Contribute to business planning, sales, and acquisition processes.
- Coordinate with and supervise property managers in day-to-day operations.
- Identify and implement capital expenditure measures.
- Maintain and improve portfolio documentation.
- Compile investor and fund manager reports and perform portfolio, asset, and sub-portfolio analyses.
Requirements
- Relevant German real estate qualification.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property or asset management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze and present information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Very good spoken and written English. Strong initiative, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
