Direct Infrastructure Investments, Associate

Location: New York, New York, United States

Annual base salary: $145,000–$175,000 USD, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities through financial analysis, commercial diligence, and industry research.
• Build and maintain operating models, valuation analyses, LBO models, and investment return scenarios.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financing, negotiations, and documentation.
• Conduct market research and develop investment theses across transportation, logistics, power, utilities, energy midstream, environmental services, and digital infrastructure.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations for senior investment professionals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related investment role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Transaction experience in M&A, project finance, leveraged finance, or infrastructure investments.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure investing and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
