What you will do

• Support senior investment bankers focused on infrastructure and industrials.
• Originate and execute M&A and Corporate Finance opportunities, including ECM, DCM, acquisition finance, and leverage finance transactions.
• Create and analyze operating and financial models, valuations, and corporate finance analyses.
• Prepare client presentations and transaction materials in collaboration with VPs, product teams, and sector teams.
• Support client meetings, relationship development, transaction structuring, and negotiations.
• Perform corporate and credit risk analysis and build internal and external networks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an M&A role within investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to perform complex valuation and corporate finance analysis accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CISI qualification.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Spoken and written Spanish and/or Portuguese.
