Analyst, Asset Management Living and Hospitality (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Manage living and hospitality assets and portfolios across the investment life cycle with hirify.global colleagues and portfolio company management teams.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including cash flow forecasts and valuations.
• Assess the impact of strategic and operational decisions on asset- and portfolio-level returns.
• Prepare investor reporting packs, presentations, fund reporting, and portfolio company performance materials.
• Support acquisitions, financings, refinancings, dispositions, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Draft investment committee memorandums, present investment recommendations, and conduct market research across the living and hospitality sectors.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate investing, private equity, investment banking, M&A, or a related central function at a real estate platform.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills with a real estate or corporate focus.
• Knowledge of hospitality and/or living real estate operations and European capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Project planning, self-management, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another European language, preferably French, German, Spanish, Greek, or Italian.
