Location: Onsite in Kent, Washington, United States

Salary: $90,901–$151,503 annual base pay

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Manufacturing Process Engineers.
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, workstations, and related equipment.
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, pFMEA activities, and Lean and Six Sigma process optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement manufacturing equipment and technologies, and develop equipment and process technology roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including project plans, budgets, schedules, engineering standards, and leadership communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience leading projects and directing technical resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, pFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with Quality teams on root cause analysis, corrective actions, process improvements, and cross-functional technical challenges.
