Location: Clinton, PA, United States; full-time, onsite role based at the Center of Excellence.

Annual salary: $78,400–$133,400, plus potential discretionary bonus and long-term incentive plan eligibility.

What you will do

  • Lead medium- to large-scale manufacturing projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets with cross-functional partners.
  • Improve production processes and product designs to deliver consistent quality at optimal cost.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing automation changes, support new equipment introductions, and drive design for manufacturability.
  • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment as an escalation point.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, OEE, assembly methods, scrap, and cost performance.
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma, cost improvement, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives while working hands-on with operators and maintenance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a controls-related position.
  • Experience with process improvement, scrap reduction, and COGS reduction; high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical machine design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong hands-on collaboration with manufacturing operators and maintenance personnel.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or relevant internship experience.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methods.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
