Salary: $99,900 - $149,900 a year

What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling strategies.
• Design and develop production flows, assembly methods, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and identify design improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve yield and quality.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S events.
• Manage large-scope projects, including long-range planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of CNC lathe experience.
• Experience with automating CNC lathe processes.
• Proficiency with CMM, inspection methods, and GD&T.
• Ability to perform machine/process validation and capability analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or have refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Mill-Turn experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills using FMEA, Pareto, or Cause & Effect diagrams.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
