Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $91,597–$114,496 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Select cloud services, develop automation scripts, create architecture diagrams, and deploy or migrate applications to modern cloud platforms.
• Respond to operational tickets and monitoring alerts, troubleshooting issues and restoring service.
• Assist with developing and enforcing cloud security policies and procedures.
• Document cloud architecture and create standard operating procedures for new or underdocumented services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of experience in cloud engineering, software or network engineering, computer and information science, or a related field.
• Experience documenting infrastructure and establishing standards and procedures.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI, including cloud strategy, design, architecture, and migration.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, application troubleshooting, and incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong verbal, written, executive presentation, collaboration, quality, and results-oriented skills.
