Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable

Location: Atlanta Support Center, onsite four days per week

What you will do

• Provide leadership and direction for the Franchise Revenue accounts receivable department, including staffing, priorities, policies, risks, and process controls.
• Lead domestic and international collections strategies, reduce delinquent receivables and unapplied cash, and oversee collector portfolios, aging reviews, disputes, and escalations.
• Oversee billing, cash application, credit and unapplied cash management, store transfers, payment services transactions, and subledger activity.
• Coach and develop staff, monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, and support succession planning and performance management.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and ERP enhancement initiatives while partnering with Operations, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Franchise Business Consultants.
• Present accounts receivable risk, collections performance, and cash flow insights to senior leadership and support customer issue resolution, audits, SOX controls, and compliance.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounts receivable and collections experience, including at least 5 years supervising managers or teams.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring staff through formal and informal performance management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong conflict resolution, customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Atlanta Support Center four days per week.
