Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; in-office work 4+ days per week

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company serving more than 2,000 customers worldwide and scaling its sales development operation in the UK and Ireland market.

What you will do

• Book meetings with target accounts through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Make approximately 80 calls per day and contact around 20 new clients daily.
• Use an AI-powered backend system with Claude for account research, writing, persona selection, and account mapping.
• Collaborate with UKI Account Executives and contribute qualified pipeline to the sales organization.
• Occasionally travel to industry events.

Requirements

• Professional experience; 2+ years is a plus.
• Grit, drive, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to outbound sales.
• Ability to learn quickly, receive feedback, and apply coaching.
• Ability to work in person in Dublin at least 4 days per week.
